Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong product

No longer wanting the item

Normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item(s), we'll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please:

Take a clear photo of the damaged item(s) or the incorrect order you received.

Email the photo along with your order number to [email protected].

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If your claim is approved, we may send a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.
